This is the vintage Chestnut Raccoon Family, a complete set of four: father, mother, brother and sister, in Calico Critters and Sylvanian Families terms. They have gripping hands, a nice detail for collectors.
They are in excellent condition for their age. The flocking is clean and full on all four, with no bald patches on the ear backs or faces, the tails are fluffy and intact. Their clothes show no fraying or staining. They are wearing their original outfits. Brother's overall straps have stretched out with age, which is typical for this set.
This vintage family is a wonderful addition for a Sylvanian collector or a Calico Critters diorama, or as a thoughtful gift.
