Calico Critters Corner Global ships vintage Sylvanian Families and Calico Critters worldwide from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. Here is how we handle shipping.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide, with the following primary markets:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom and Europe
- Australia and New Zealand
- Japan and the rest of Asia
Customers in sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria) are unable to order.
Shipping methods and times
Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method selected at checkout:
- Canada: 3 to 7 business days
- United States: 5 to 12 business days
- UK and Europe: 7 to 15 business days
- Asia, Australia, NZ: 10 to 21 business days
- Rest of world: 14 to 30 business days
Tracking is included on most international orders. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs, Tariffs duties and taxes
Tariff fees for American customers will be paid for by Calico Critters Corner Global and no additional fees will be incurred to the customer after purchase.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT collected by your country's customs office. These charges are the buyer's responsibility; we cannot estimate or pre-pay them.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated in 10 or more business days, or it is past the expected delivery window, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve it.
Damaged in transit
Please open and inspect your package within 7 days of delivery. If anything arrived damaged, email us at ashleycrang@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will make it right.
