This sink hutch is from the Calico Critters Kitchen Play Set (Sylvanian Families 5341) - a tall dresser-style unit with an arched top, open shelf, white sink basin with a brass-coloured tap, and a cream cupboard base with a working drawer and cupboard door. The basin lifts out to show the little pipework underneath, and the drawer and door both come off for play.
Condition: brand new - removed from the box for individual sale, never played with. Epoch stamp on the base.
Size: the sink unit stands about 12 cm (4.7 inches) tall - a good fit for smaller-scale dollhouses and dioramas, and the same size as all Calico Critters and Sylvanian Families furniture.
Included: sink unit, drawer and cupboard door. No cooker, food or utensils - this listing is the sink unit only. It pairs with the fridge freezer from the same set, also in my shop.
